Meeting Spaces: Boardroom & Meeting Room Hire
Whether you require meeting space for a training course, an important presentation, a consultation or interview, or you are just wanting to impress clients with a more professional setting, Ashgrove Serviced Offices’ meeting spaces will more than meet your needs.
The boardroom contains a large boardroom table that comfortably seats 10+ people, along with a small circular table suitable for a less formal face-to-face or a breakout session. The room has a light and open feel and is enhanced by a glass wall providing natural lighting from the building atrium.
Phone and broadband internet connectivity are readily available, and a polycom conference phone is also on hand for conference calls. The room is equipped with a whiteboard and markers, and a data projector can be hired if required.
Two additional rooms - for use as meeting rooms or casual-use offices - are also available for hire. Both of the meeting rooms are set up with a small circular table and chairs, along with a desk over to the side and a whiteboard; internet access is again included with the room hire. The smaller of the two rooms is well suited for group meetings of up to three or four people, with the the larger room a better option for accommodating up to five or six participants. Many of our clients will also use the rooms for consultations with just one or two people, or as a casual-use office where they can simply get some work done in a quiet, conducive environment.
Stay focused on your meeting agenda and let us take care of the catering if you wish, whether this be coffee and snacks for morning/afternoon tea, or catered breakfast or lunch meals while you work. If you would prefer to take a break and get outside, we can recommend the Highpoint Espresso cafe on the ground floor of the building (their staff will also happily deliver orders to our boardroom and meeting rooms directly), as well as more than a dozen other eating options within a five minute walk from Ashgrove Serviced Offices.
Hiring of the meeting spaces is on an hourly, half-day (four hour period) or daily basis, as detailed below. Please note that the boardroom and meeting rooms are available not only during business hours but can also be hired for evening or weekend events.
Boardroom and Meeting Room Hire Rates
Kitchen facilities and toilets are close by on the same level within the building. The Highpoint centre is wheelchair friendly, with ramp access from the footpath and lift access in the car park and on the ground floor and first floor of the building. Free undercover parking is available in the basement for up to two hours for visitors using the boardroom or meeting room. In the event that your meeting requires parking for more than two hours, we can usually arrange longer duration on-site free parking. Bus stops for a number of different bus services are also close by to Highpoint for those using public transport (please refer to Contact Us).
Our friendly Reception staff are at your disposal if you require any assistance prior to, during or after your meeting – whether this be Secretarial Services such as printing, copying or binding, ordering a taxi, or simply just to welcome you and your guests as they arrive for the meeting. We want you to be able to focus on your meeting agenda and your audience, let us take care of making sure everything else runs smoothly.
