Ashgrove Serviced Offices has been a successful mainstay in the Highpoint complex ever since it was built over twenty years ago. The building was completely redeveloped in 2008, giving it a fresh and modern aesthetic. As part of the redevelopment, the serviced offices premises relocated from the ground floor to the first floor, with the all-new fit-out giving the offices a very smart, professional feel.

Ashgrove Serviced Offices is centrally located on Level 1 of the Highpoint building at 240 Waterworks Road, a short 5 – 10 minute drive from Brisbane's city centre. The building is set back from Waterworks Road, situated midway between the Stewart Road and Ashgrove Avenue intersections, about 50m outbound from St Finbarr’s Church along Waterworks Road. Located in Brisbane's inner west on the northside of the river, this city-fringe location provides clients easy access to the City (and the airport via the Inner City Bypass) when required, but frees them from the traffic hassles and parking expense associated with an office based in the CBD itself.

Right in the heart of Ashgrove’s commercial and retail hub, the centre is well placed for access to the numerous financial, retail and dining establishments in the area (less than a five minute walk to all those listed below, as well as many others):

  • Banks: ANZ, Westpac, National Australia, Commonwealth, Suncorp Metway, St George, Bank of Queensland
  • Coffee shops, cafes, takeaways, restaurants, bars, bakeries, fast food, fruit shop
  • Supermarkets: Woolworths, Coles and Aldi
  • Gym, Doctors, Physio, Dentist
  • Newsagent

Free public parking is available for up to two hours within Highpoint (heading outbound on Waterworks Rd, turn left into the second driveway after the lights at Ashgrove Ave); if your visit to Ashgrove Serviced Offices is likely to extend beyond two hours, just let us know as we can arrange for longer-duration on-site free parking. Clients who wish to rent permanent, secured parking bay(s) have the option of rooftop or basement parking areas reserved for Highpoint tenants. This area of Ashgrove is also well served by various Brisbane City Council bus services with bus stops very close by on Waterworks Road, and just around the corner on Stewart Road and Ashgrove Avenue (please refer to Contact Us for more details). For cyclists, the Ithaca Creek bikeway is just a few hundred metres south of the centre, accessible via nearby sidestreets.
